What are Electronic Poll Books?
- Electronic poll books will replace the paper poll books voters sign on Election Day.
- Only one electronic poll book is authorized for use in the State of Wisconsin (the Badger Book).
- Electronic poll books are safe; they are not connected to the internet or any outside source and no voting data is stored on the electronic poll book.
- Voters will still use a paper ballot and place their ballot into the tabulator to count their vote.
