The 2025 Road Program project consists of repairs and replacements of asphalt pavements, curb and gutter, ditches, and sidewalks, along with repairs to the Village’s sanitary, storm and water systems in the following neighborhoods:

• Pine Ridge
• Woodside Ridge
• Hidden Hills
• Majestic Heights
• Coldwater Creek
• Ridgeview
• Braddock Place
• Water Tower Court
• Woodside Road
• Richmond Road

There will be no work done on Good Hope Road, Maple Avenue, or Plainview Road.

2025 Road Program Project Maps

From April to September 2024, Village Staff will be marking curb, sidewalk, and pavement for repairs. We will also be inspecting sanitary and storm structures for repairs and testing water valves and hydrants for repairs. Water testing will result in very brief intermittent water service interruptions and wet roads.

As pavements, curbs and sidewalks are marked, a consultant hired by the Village will be using a drone to photograph that information to put onto construction plans. That consultant will also be surveying various ditches and ponds to plan appropriate repairs.

From April through May 2024, a contractor hired by the Village will be cleaning and televising all the storm sewer and sanitary sewer pipes in these areas. This is being done to determine if these underground systems need repair.
