The Village of Sussex, in partnership with Horne-Mudlitz VFW Post 6377 Auxiliary, is launching a Hometown Heroes Banner Program as a living tribute for our community to honor past and present members of the Armed Forces and their family members.

The Hometown Heroes Banner Program honors veterans, both living and deceased, and active duty members of the Armed Forces from the Village of Sussex. Each 18"x36" banner features the individual’s photo, name, branch of service and/or credentials. Sponsored by companies, organizations and families, the banners will be displayed on light poles along Main Street. 

The cost for one banner is $60 and banners will be displayed from July 4 through Lions Daze. All orders must be submitted by April 15 and spots are limited.
