Come celebrate the 4th of July with us at the Sussex Village Park. As always, there will be a Kiddie Parade that leads to The Grove at Village Park where families can enjoy the splash pad, playground and an ice cream treat!

In the evening, enjoy the fireworks display provided by Wolverine Fireworks Display Inc.

Here's the line-up!

Kiddie Parade & Activities

• 9:15 a.m.    Decorate yourself, your bike, scooter, cozy coupe or whatever you choose, to ride in our Kiddie parade.
                      Line up in the Civic Center parking lot. No registration required.
• 9:30 a.m.   Kiddie Parade starts. Participants in the parade march west on Main Street to The Grove at Village Park.
                     Spectators are also welcome along Main Street!
• 10 a.m.      Celebrate your arrival at the Grove after the parade with ICE CREAM! Bring your swimsuit and cool off at the splash pad!

CANCELLED Sussex-Lisbon Fireworks

Due to the forecasted storms and safety concerns with setting up the fireworks show in predicted severe weather, the Village of Sussex and Town of Lisbon Fireworks are cancelled for tonight and rescheduled for Tuesday July 5 at 9:20 p.m.

• 5:30 p.m.   The SLLB Optimist Club starts selling concessions at the Concession Stand by the lower playground.
                     Concessions include brats, hotdogs, chips, soda, beer and White Claw.Concessions will be sold until the fireworks end.
• 9:20 p.m.   The full fireworks display can be viewed from the hill in front of the Lions Open Air Pavilion in Sussex Village Park.
