The Village of Sussex is committed to providing quality services at efficient prices to the residents and customers of Sussex. This goal is often accomplished through our bidding and request for proposals (RFP) process. Any project currently out for bid or RFP/RFQ by the Village of Sussex will be listed here. For most projects the necessary information will be available right on this page. Unfortunately, for some projects the files may not be conducive to having on a web site and you will have to contact the Village or its representative as noted to get detailed information on that Bid/RFP/RFQ.

The information contained in the following documents was valid at the time of its release. All bids/RFP’s are subject to change and the Village of Sussex reserves the right to make changes at any time without notice. Amendments will be posted on this page as well and it is the bidder’s responsibility to check the web site for any changes prior to the bid opening.

The Village of Sussex will accept sealed bids for the Emergency Generators Civic Center, Public Safety Building and Public Works Garage until 10 a.m., Thursday, October 17, 2024, at the office of the Village Clerk, Village of Sussex, Sussex Civic Center, N64 W23760 Main Street, Sussex, WI 53089. Bids submitted after this date and time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after specified closing date and time. Interested parties are invited to attend.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at the Sussex Civic Center (3rd Floor). Prospective bidders are required to RSVP to jneu@sussexwi.gov at least 48-Hours prior to the Pre-Bid date and time, if planning to attend. The Pre-Bid Conference will be the only date and time the prospective bidders will be given access to the buildings.
